Shipping & Return Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipments are sent out Monday to Friday. Some states may require additional cost or delivery time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number which you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available and update.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number so we can look into it for you right away.
The customer is responsible for picking up the order when it has been delivered to the address provided by the shipping company. If the order is marked as delivered by the tracking number and the customer has not received the order, the customer should contact the shipping company immediately and also inform us through email at email@example.com.
Sunakin America has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to the nature of our products, any used products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
To start a return, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Shipping for all returns are at the customers expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used with your order, minus a mandatory 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not reimbursable and will be deducted from the refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item please contact us immediately. Your happiness and satisfaction are paramount to us and we will evaluate the issue immediately and work with you to resolve it.
Returns may be required in some situations. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If a refund is requested then the order must be returned to an address provided by email. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds may take up to 10 days after arriving at our return center to process to your payment method.
We cannot currently accept cancellations once an order is made at this time. Please check and verify your order before placing it.
